In this role, you will be responsible for creating personalized travel experiences for our clients by booking flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all bookings are accurate and meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize reservation systems to book flights, accommodations, transportation services, and exciting activities.
• Be the primary point of contact for clients, providing support via email, phone, or instant messaging platforms.
• Conduct research on various destinations and curate customized travel packages based on client preferences.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes to offer the best travel options.
• Ensure that all bookings are meticulously accurate according to client specifications.
• Provide accurate pricing information and confirm reservations with suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Passion for travel and a desire to help others experience the world.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a keen ability to listen to clients' needs. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
