Job Description
  • Sessions up to 45 mins. in length
  • Provider must be fully licensed and does not require any supervision
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Mental Health diagnoses and therapeutic approaches
  • Full benefits package; IPERS
  • Majority of time will be clinically focused, w/ remainder focused on patient documentation & facility correspondence
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Preferred experience in trauma
  • Will consider LMSW with experience providing individual therapy
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of people
  • Monday-Friday, clinic schedule
  • Clinical Social Workers: LCSW, LICSW, LISW, LMSW, etc.
  • Dedicated social worker with an active unrestricted professional license as an LCSW to provide therapy
  • Formulates, develops and implements comprehensive care and treatment plans
  • Required: Valid Iowa LMSW license
