Job Summary: The Integral Care Call Center is the first contact and representation of Integral Care by phone to the public, consumers and providers. Calls, texts, and chats coming into Integral Care's main phone numbers as well as calls from contract partners are answered by Call Center staff 24/7, including holidays. The QMHP's primary purpose is to handle crisis calls, texts, and chats by providing crisis intervention services and risk assessments, to complete initial screenings, provide information about Integral Care services, provide community referrals and support, link callers with the appropriate service providers, and assist with scheduling appointments. These duties are completed with a focus on customer care, wherein staff will find ways to best meet the needs of clients. These job duties are performed under the supervision of an LPHA. The QMHP has moderate latitude for the exercise of independent judgment in most tasks performed, and works closely with a multitude of community partners, including but not limited to APD, TCSO, medical facilities, and schools.


Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities


  • Ability to assess consumer needs and to coordinate consumer services.
  • Ability to display cultural competency with consumers and staff.
  • Ability to instruct and demonstrate effective social behaviors and skills necessary for consumer success.
  • General math and computer skills necessary to document work performed and update automated consumer records.
  • Ability to develop training material and provide training to staff.
  • Knowledge of community resources, of case management/service coordination principles, objectives, standards and methods, program objectives, and of policies and procedures.


Education


Required:


  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.


Preferred


  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.


Required


License:


  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.


Experience


Preferred:


  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Direct client care experience in mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.


Other Qualifications


  • This role requires you be a Texas resident


Hours: Full Time.


Workdays: Sunday- Tuesday.


Workhours: 5:00PM-3:00AM.


Salary: $22.35 - $23.47 an hour based on education.


Position is eligible for differential pay.


  • Second Shift: $3.25
  • Weekend Shift: $5.00
  • Third Shift: $4.25
