Job Summary: The Integral Care Call Center is the first contact and representation of Integral Care by phone to the public, consumers and providers. Calls coming into Integral Care's main phone numbers as well as calls from contract partners are answered by Call Center staff 24/7, including holidays. The primary duty of the QMHP Supervisor will be to provide clinical support and training to the crisis hotline staff. QMHP Supervisors will regularly provide direct support to staff while on calls and assist with training. QMHP Supervisor will assist LPHA Supervisors and Program Manager in monitoring the progress of call center employees. This position will review reports, call back log closures, and documentation. They may also assist in coordinating team-building exercises and developing a resource database for callers. QMHP Supervisor will work collaboratively with the Training Supervisor to ensure that quality training is being developed, provided, evaluated, and refined.

QMHP Supervisor will also handle crisis calls by providing telephonic crisis intervention services and risk assessments, to complete initial screenings, provide information about Integral Care services, provide community referrals and support, link callers with the appropriate service providers, and assist with scheduling appointments. These duties are completed with a focus on customer care, wherein staff will find ways to best meet the needs of clients. These job duties are performed under the supervision of Program Manager. The QMHP Supervisor has moderate latitude for the exercise of independent judgment in most tasks performed, and works closely with a multitude of community partners, including but not limited to APD, TCSO, medical facilities, and schools.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. Flexible schedule is required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to instruct and demonstrate effective social behaviors and skills necessary for consumer success.
  • General math and computer skills necessary to document work performed and update automated consumer records.
  • Ability to display cultural competency with consumers and staff.
  • Ability to develop training material and provide training to staff.
  • Ability to assess consumer needs and to coordinate consumer services.
  • Knowledge of community resources, of case management/service coordination principles, objectives, standards and methods, program objectives, and of policies and procedures.

Education:

Required:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.

Preferred:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.

License:

Required:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Experience:

Preferred:

  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Direct client care experience in mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.

Other Qualifications:

Hours: Full Time.

Workdays: Wednesday - Saturday.

Workhours: 8PM-6AM.

Salary: $59,339 annually plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.

Position is eligible for differential pay.

  • Weekend Shift: $5.00
  • Third Shift: $4.25
  • Second Shift: $3.25
