- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team and Human Resources Leadership to minimize turnover rates as it relates to the hiring and selection process.
- Partner with the leadership team to continuously evolve hiring criteria, ensuring IntellaTriage hires the best possible candidates.
- Assist in job posting process and manage application flow.
- Facilitate the process of hiring and onboarding by partnering with Human Resources.
- Participate in team-building activities, both remote and periodically onsite, to ensure personal development, team camaraderie, accountability, and loyalty to the organization.
- Conduct initial screenings of candidates who meet the ideal candidate profile.
- Act with initiative and maintain a proactive approach

- Three or more years of recruiting experience within healthcare is required
- Proven organizational and analytical skills
- A demonstrable track record of workforce management, in a high growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Efficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Proven high performance within a remote, fast-paced environment is required
- Healthcare industry experience with an understanding of clinical and non-clinical operations, as well as HIPAA and State Labor Laws
- Strong ATS experience
- Availability to work standard office hours based on the Central Standard time zone
- Experience recruiting within a call center environment is preferred
