Remote Head Of Claims Compliance

Our client, a fast-growing insurance provider, is seeking a Remote Head of Claims Compliance to oversee the claims compliance process across the entire organization. This remote company is partnering with one the largest companies globally and is continuing to expand their footprint in the claims space.

The Remote Head of Claims Compliance will be responsible for all the compliance claims across the account and improving the compliance processes moving forward. This Remote Head of Claims Compliance will also be responsible for hiring a team of claims leaders and adjustors to create a high performing department.

Remote Head of Claims Compliance Responsibilities:

• Maintain a customer-focused mindset in handling all claims compliance
• Provide leadership and vision to create a claims compliance management department
• Develop process improvement objectives and strategies to better execute initiatives from a high level and communicate with key leadership to drive change
• Hire and lead a high-performing claims compliance team
• Handle any claims compliance escalation issues and resolve within a timely manager

Remote Head of Claims Compliance Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in a claims compliance
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• Start-up experience strongly preferred
