Job Details

Job Overview

• Assist in the management and enhancement of Investor Relations in support of the CEO.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
• Recognize patterns in company spending, revenue, and recommend solutions to any problem areas (on an ongoing basis).
• Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
• Support the implementation of data-driven strategies and contribute to ongoing data analysis efforts.
• Assist in managing and coordinating various projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, utilizing various channels and platforms.
• Drive the financial planning by analyzing performance and risk
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and implement strategic initiatives.
• Assist in the development of the corporate fundraising strategy.
• Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance organizational performance and drive innovation.

Job Requirements

• 7+ years exp
• Experienced working with senior management
• MBA plus
