We have our eyes set on becoming a leading autonomous driving company and bringing Europe back to the forefront of the race to develop driverless vehicles which will solve many of today's transportation challenges, including air pollution, traffic jams, and traffic-related deaths, high costs of transportation and long commutes.

The position

As a remote driver, you'll be at the heat of the team bringing the latest technology to market. We're revolutionizing the way that people get from point A to point B and this is your chance to get in on the ground floor. You will be one of the first US-based employees in one of the most exciting technology projects globally.

Responsibilities

• Execute vehicle level test requests: Driving, hardware and software tests
• Perform internal vehicle level inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs
• Set up, maintain, and sign off on vehicles for safe on-road usage: Documentation, interior and quality handling.
• You may also be asked to perform other fleet and administrative tasks to support operations and positive customer experiences
• Remotely drive vehicles to/from customers or transfer of vehicles within the operating area via a remote driving station.
• Support our engineering team with performing data collection and test reports as necessary.
• Perform test drives as a safety driver or teledriver according to test protocols.

Requirements

• You like to drive (and consider yourself a safe and responsible driver) Safety first, second and third!!!
• You are resilient and have a troubleshooting mind set.
• You have a US driving license and at least 2 years of driving experience with Uber, Lyft, taxi or similar.
• You are interested in autonomous driving and mobility.
• You have Google Workplace knowledge (e.g., G-Docs, Sheets, and or Slides).
• You're into gaming (or at least super familiar with technology)
• You are organized and well-structured.
• You work independently without much direction or instruction.
