This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition, you are empowered to create memorable experiences for our guests.

While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:

• Responsible for the operation of the vehicle and for being punctual in following the schedule as specified to ensure Guests are not left waiting. Also, being ready at least 5 minutes before scheduled departure.

• Ensuring that the vehicle is clean and maintained in good condition in order to transport our Guests, and that the vehicle is not left unattended with the engine running or while passengers are aboard.

• Inspecting the vehicle prior to/after each shift, and properly filling out an inspection log. Ensuring that the vehicle is clean and that the interior is safe and ready for use prior to starting the shift.

But don’t worry—we will train you to be great at this!

What we can’t train is what’s inside of you.

In a perfect world, we would also like you to come with:

• Drivers are to be knowledgeable with regard to directions and Durango Casino and Resort information, services and amenities.

• The driver will act as a good will Ambassador and maintain high safety standards at all times, obeying all driving regulations, as well as maintain jurisdiction over anyone who may interfere with the Driver’s ability to operate the vehicle safely. Drivers will consider all road hazards and will operate the vehicle with full coherency and alertness at all times.

• Class ‘C’ Driver’s License for the State in which the property is located and a clean driving record. Driver required to submit a copy of their driving record quarterly.

En un mundo perfecto, también nos gustaría que viniera con:

• Los conductores deben estar bien informados con respecto a las direcciones y la información, servicios y servicios de Durango Casino and Resort.
