Remote Client Support Analyst– Data & Analytics

We are looking for someone to help elevate our clients’ business and data strategy. About the Role:

This position is not one where you will simply respond to complaints or help customers who have technical issues. Instead, it is one where you will:

·Provide data services and overall business oversight for a small set of high value clients

·Be the primary point of contact for these clients, whom we provide data services for on an ongoing basis

·Be responsible for:

omanaging & organizing incoming data files

ofacilitating data processing batches

oreviewing results

oquality assurance

oupdating customer-facing analytics in Tableau and PowerBI

·Work as an extension of our clients and get to know their operations inside and out

The tangible requirements:

2 years of full-time professional work is preferred; however, we are willing to consider entry-level candidates with the desired technical knowledge listed below:

·Enhanced technical skillset and affinity for Excel is a minimum requirement (advanced formula features: vlookups, pivot tables, visualization)

·Working proficiency with MySQL & SQL desired. This position utilizes these languages daily for basic and intermediate queries

·Comfort working with Microsoft Office and task management tools

·Good organizational skills

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·Stable internet access and control of router/firewall

·College degree required, preferably in math, information systems or related area

Ongoing training will be conducted to develop new skills.

Job Specifics:

Hours: Full-time

Salary: $50,000

Location: Remote, US

Schedule: Flexible, but work must take place predominantly between 8:00 a.m.– 7:00 p.m. CST.
