Remote Claims Analyst (Arizona Only) $19/Hr

A leading global technology service leader is looking for a Remote- Claims Adjuster (Entry Level) to join their organization. Sitting in the claims service department, the employee would focus on all claims, correspondence, escalations and quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes documented team processes to ensure compliance with departmental standards and specific data entry.
• Verify data and reissue processing requirements, while making corrections as necessary.
• Review documents and verify name changes, number deviations and more.
• Collaborate with claims analyst and claims qc analyst on case work, data entry, and claims reissue processing.
• Contribute subject area expertise to determine processing guidelines and assess if the standards have been met.
• Use software tools to access and review claim documents, enter claim decisions, and create escalations when needed.

Experience:

• Ability to sit at a computer workstation for long periods of time.
• Strong attention to detail, with critical thinking skills.
• Previous Processing and Data Entry experience.
• Able to use 6 different applications/software simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
