: Regulatory Compliance Analyst III
Are you ready to take your compliance expertise to the next level? AECOM Hunt is seeking a passionate Regulatory Compliance Analyst III to join our Hunt Construction group. This position offers a flexible remote work arrangement, providing you with the freedom to excel from the comfort of your own space while supporting our Indianapolis, Indiana office.
What You'll Do
Partner with prime and subcontractors to ensure compliance with prevailing wage requirements, keeping up-to-date with Federal and State laws such as the Davis-Bacon and Related Act (DBRA).
Play a pivotal role in administering "Bona-Fide" fringe benefits under DBRA and state prevailing wage law requirements.
Review certified payrolls and actively collaborate with subcontractors to resolve any issues and address delinquent certified payrolls.
Conduct wage rate and classification interviews and conduct on-site visits to ensure accurate labor information and postings.
Utilize your knowledge of Union language (CBA's), Union Rate Sheets, Apprentice to Journeyman ratios, and Project Labor Agreements (PLA's) to support project compliance.
Be involved in setting up and maintaining contractor records in LCP Tracker, ensuring all documentation is readily available for public inspection and reference.
Keep contractors and tiers informed about changes in Prevailing Wage Rates and related information.
Essential Qualifications
BA/BS + 4 years of relevant compliance experience or AA/AS + 6 years of relevant experience or HS/GED + 8 years of relevant experience.
Previous Experience Supporting Accounting And/or Payroll Functions.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills for detail auditing requirements.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
Valid Driver's US License for motor vehicle use to support required travel.
Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS in accounting, finance, or similar discipline.
Previous construction industry experience.
Understanding of payroll deductions, fringe benefits, and their calculations.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience working with the Department of Labor (DOL), subcontractors, and unions.
Knowledge of LCP tracker software and CMIC highly desired.
