Job Description

Position Summary

Regulatory Affairs Specialist US & Canada is responsible for regulatory activities and projects related to Farm business unit, according with the strategy and development plans. This position will have a variety of responsibilities to include preparation of regulatory documents, reviewing for regulatory compliance and monitoring of new guidance from various regulatory agencies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Company compliance with all regulatory laws and regulations for the competent market;
  • Registration submissions where required, and their completion as well as maintenance of registration archive and renewal registrations forms;
  • Registrations achievement according with the execution of the strategic plans.
  • Permanent review of the labels in order to make them compliant with new regulatory requirements and chemical/physical parameters;
  • Study and interpretation of legislation for labelling, registration and other regulatory matters as needed;
  • Collection of legislations and regulations, labelling and other aspects and establishing a reference archive;

Main qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree Required / Master s Degree preferred in Science or Ag related field.

· 5 to 8 years hands-on submission experience including the developing and execution of regulatory strategies.

· Must have knowledge of U.S and European product submission and registration requirements.

· Ability to work independently, taking ownership of the management of processes, projects, and timelines.

· Ability to plan & organize activities, multi-task, and follow-through to accomplish goals.

· Effective time management & project planning skills.

· Exhibit a positive attitude and possess an outstanding work ethic. Proactive thinking and ability to build relationships.

· Well-organized and a self-motivated individual that works well alone and in a team.

· Proficient with computers and basic programs - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).

· A willingness to assume other duties as assigned, flexibility & ability to handle change are imperative.

· Ability to adapt and embrace company values and culture.
