Job Description
  • Organized and efficient with time management
  • You will be part of a dynamic team of staff dedicated to serving adult students seeking to improve English language skills and or attain a high school diploma credential. This is a new position.
  • Coordinate and schedule small group rolling intake/testing session for new and returning students
  • Enroll new students at volunteer led collaboratives into SiD
  • Coordinate testing schedule for students at CEC M-Th Day classes based on data manager's student eligibility list
  • Set up school email accounts (isd271.org) and passwords for new students at the volunteer led collaborative
  • Assist with and/or make registration appointments
  • Be a team player
  • Facilitate registrations with another team member at Eden Prairie Metro South Campus at HTC
  • Ability to be flexible
  • Initiative to develop a new process for program registration and testing
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Wage placement based on similar experience
  • Conduct testing at the volunteer lead Metro South Collaboratives in the consortium
