Full time opening for a Registration/Cashier Clerk II. This role requires a HS Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree. This position will complete the patient registration process by collecting patient demographic information and insurance coverage, determining appropriate fees and collection of payment, run assigned reports, and assist in the training of new hires. Must have good computer skills including MS Office Suite (A test will be given), knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, GWTBH and Third Party payers, the ability to accurately register and interview clients, demonstrated ability to deal with difficult people and provide excellent customer service, the ability to handle confidential information appropriately, use initiative and be flexible, have excellent detail-oriented, organizational and mathematical skills, the ability to use a 10 key calculator and credit card machine and of making bank deposits.
