POSITION SUMMARY

The Registered Nurse//Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for assessing, observing, managing, and documenting individual patient care. In addition, the RN/LPN must collaborate with the physicians and the physicians’ clinical team to maximize patient flow.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

CREDENTIALS, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES:

• Must maintain HIPAA compliance when accessing Personal Health Information (PHI).
• Must have an active LPN, ASN, or Registered Nursing license in the State of Florida.
• Must possess a BLS certification or must be able to obtain certification within 90 days.
• 1-year experience working with patients in either a hospital or office setting is preferred for RNs. 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred for LPNs.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with all staff both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to perform physical duties when necessary.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensure or Associate's Degree (ASN) in Nursing is required (Bachelor of Nursing preferred).

Salary

• RN starting at $27.50
• LPN starting at $19

Education, experience, and tenure may be considered along with internal pay equity, when job offers are extended.
