Trinity Health Of New England is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Maternity to join our team of mission-driven healthcare innovators at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center. Our vision is to provide state-of-the-art healthcare to those within our local communities, creating a positive impact for everyone that walks through our doors. This person is responsible for assisting physicians while providing exceptional treatment to patients with a variety of medical conditions.
Work Hours/Shift:
- Per Diem, scheduled as needed, compensation based on shift commitment level.
You Will Be Responsible For :
- Technical Familiarity : Understanding in computer-based applications (E-MAR, clinical documentation), email, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office.
- Excellent Communicator : Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with admin, colleagues, patients, and family member.
- Exceptional Patient Care: Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively.
- Active Teamwork : Demonstrates problem solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication through teamwork.
Requirements :
- Licensure : Current Licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in Connecticut.
- Education : Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. BSN graduate preferred.
- Effective communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Certification : BLS certification required.
Preferred Skills:
- Acute care, Medical-Surgical, Maternity or Labor and Delivery experience preferred.
