The RN Case Manager will be based out of our South Portland, ME office. The RN will service the Portland, Kittery, and Sanford Maine areas. While Registered Nurse candidates seeking full-time opportunities are preferred, we are open to discussing part-time and per diem options if desired!
Pay: $36-$40/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (Flexible days if desired!)

Job Requirements of the RN Case Manager:

• 2+ years of experience in skilled care preferred
• 1+ year of experience in nursing supervision preferred
• Current CPR BLS Certification required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim Healthcare)
• Recent wound care experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Nursing License (RN) in the State of Maine

• A Sign on Bonus of $5,000 is offered to RN Case Managers that have two years of current nursing experience working at least 30 hours per week. After 90 days of employment 20% of the sign on bonus will be paid out. The remaining sign on bonus will be paid after 6 months of employment.
