• Shift: 2x12s and 2x8s, 0700-1930 and 0700-1530 days, 2 weekends, 1 on-call per month.
• Note: Facility requires travelers to be fully vaccinated against COVID (initial two doses - later boosters can be declined)
• Duration: 13 weeks

• Primarily Trauma Rehabilitation patients comprised of 1/3 Traumatic Spinal Cord Injury, 1/3 Traumatic Brain Injury, and 1/3 Stroke patients. We also specialize in burn patients and two or more amputations. We take ventilator depended patients and will take up to 2 ventilated patients at a time usually with the goal of weaning them off the vent if possible. We also have 4 Medical Surgical beds and take acute care patients in these but also prioritize flap patients in these beds.
• Required to work all scheduled shifts, facility cannot accommodate scheduling requests outside of approved RTO.
