Job Description
Registered Nurse - Operating Room RNs - Up to $28,300 Bonus Incentives
Florida – Fort Myers
Hospital RN Specialties Needed - Registered Nurse RN - Both shifts available unless noted
  • ER
  • PCU
  • Oncology
  • Surg Techs
  • OR & CVOR
  • VAN (Vein Team) Nights
  • Radiology
  • Med Surg
  • ICU - Intensive Care Unit
Compensation
  • PTO Career enhancement - tuition assistance and more
  • Assistance with obtaining professional nursing certifications
  • Hourly Pay: $29 - $59 Depending on specialty and experience
  • Relocation assistance and Sign on Bonuses up to $28,300 depending on Specialty
  • $6 night differential
Requirements
  • Will work with TN Visas
  • Current FL RN License or in the process of obtaining it
  • BLS required; ACLS preferred
  • Minimum at least 1 year of acute care/hospital experience
  • Day and Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN)
  • BSN or willing to obtain in 36 months from hire (ASN considered with solid experience)
Sign On/Relocation Bonus Explained
  • Relocation Assistance/Sign On for the following: $10,000: ED, ICU, NICU, PACU, Dialysis, OR , Neuro Oncology and Radiology.
  • Case Managers are getting $5000 Hiring Incentive and $5000 relocation.
  • Housing Allowance of $10, 800 ($1800 per month for 6 months) for: all above but VAN.
  • $7000 for M/S, PCU, ENDO and VAN.
  • Surgical Services RN with experience $7,500 Sign on for Operating Room Rns with experience
