Registered Nurse - Home Health

CareerStaff Unlimited is looking to hire a motivated, independent RN with good time management for a full-time home health contract position in Redmond, WA! This position will involve caring for a client with a spinal cord injury. Along with nursing duties, the RN will assist with home care responsibilities. Some driving may be included with the family car so a clean driving record, is required. Shift times can be flexible!

• Weekly: $2,000.00
• Hourly: $50.00

Position Qualifications

• Resolve patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
• Ability to maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc.
• Ability to deal tactfully with residents, students, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public, according to position setting.
• Ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and to accept constructive criticism.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of nursing care and current clinical practice, treatments, and interventions, specific to the position specialty.
• Sufficient computer skills are required to perform duties.
• Promote patient's independence by establishing patient care goals.
• Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies and procedures.
• Ability to work with other personnel and develop/maintain good relations
• Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in written/verbal skills in the English language

Certification / Requirements

• Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical, TB test
• 6-12 months of recent supervised RN experience in the Nursing Home setting (within the last 1 year)
• Current WA RN license
• Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
