Under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Registered Behavior Technician provides direct implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) goals for individuals with disabilities, primarily autism. Ensures supports provided meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements and accreditation standards.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities, including autism, and their families preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Registered Behavior Technician certification, will provide on the job training to obtain certification if necessary
