Your Responsibilities
You will play a pivotal role in promoting our hotel's ethos to both associates and guests. Your responsibilities will encompass creating annual budgets, monitoring and enhancing performance, and providing effective leadership to our hotels. You will have the opportunity to implement programs that align with corporate objectives and report results to upper management. Key tasks include:
Leading, developing, and retaining top talent within assigned hotels.
Strategically aligning programs with corporate goals.
Regularly evaluating overall operations and reporting outcomes.
Defining responsibilities and authorities of direct subordinates.
Maintaining a professional image through business attire and conduct.
Upholding and advocating company policies and values.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve Revenue, Sales, and Operational targets.
Ensuring hotels meet brand guidelines for service, quality, and training.
Conducting regular property visits and performance evaluations.
Monitoring financial performance and implementing action plans for improvement.
Nurturing an environment of teamwork and exceptional guest service.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel, or Restaurant Management or related field.
A decade of hotel leadership experience, preferably with reputable brands like Hilton or Marriott.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Comprehensive understanding of hotel operations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Inspirational leadership style that fosters teamwork and service excellence.
Strategic planning and execution expertise.
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation abilities.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
