Regional Vice President Of Operations - Property & Casualty

Also, you will work with the integration team during new acquisitions and assists newly acquired agencies during the transition period after closing. Focusing on compliance monitoring of various quality control initiatives and the quality control processes associated with acquisitions.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with AssuredPartners’ corporate resources to establish future state design plans and serve as a change champion for the region as it relates to any transformation initiatives
• Assist agencies with determining staffing needs and agency perpetuation plans as it relates to impacts of new and lost business, client size and segments, industries, profitability, and workload.
• Minimize E&O exposure across the region by designing and monitoring Quality Control initiatives and reporting throughout the region, establishing training and improvement plans in conjunction with QC trends.
• Work directly with new acquisitions to integrate them into AssuredPartners’ best practices, processes, and capabilities.
• Oversee the operations and servicing model of business segments, including Large Commercial, Small Commercial, Personal Lines, and High Net Worth, in partnership with department leaders to promote effectiveness and efficiency.
• Mentor and direct the efforts of the Regional Operations Team through the design and execution of initiatives related to Talent Development, Quality Control, System and Workflow Enhancements, System Conversions, Training, Service Deliverables, 3rd Party Resources / Products, and Carrier Contracting
• Bridge communication between Operations, Client Services, Claims, Accounting, HR, IT, and other regional resources to ensure alignment across the regional organization as it relates to agency-level support and creating awareness of interdepartmental dependencies
• Monitor new and lost business throughout the region to address retention initiatives within the region and agencies and ensure growing offices have needed support through staffing, tools/resources, and outsourcing.
• Work directly with agency Operations Leaders to complete operational assessments and design implementation plans related to internal service team structure, client deliverables and servicing standards, insurance best practices, QC metrics, training plans, agency goals, and cost/margin management.

What You'll Need:

• Prior Property & Casualty Operations experience is preferred
• Professional Insurance Designation and Insurance License are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Field experience is strongly preferred
• Extensive agency management system experience is necessary.
