Job Description

Brya empowers families to build circles of support around their senior members who choose to age at home, giving the family access to trusted reliable people for every need that arises - technical, practical or social.

Brya is developing a technology platform to help relieve the overwhelming burden of aging family members by providing the necessary support tools for older adults and their families with minimum stress and maximum trust. When problems arise or when ongoing help is sought, Brya’s simple "support button" sets in motion finding and implementing an efficient solution.

Brya’s Regional Operation Manager (OM) will be responsible for building the execution arm of Brya’s platform. This includes managing Brya’s launch with a view to building a scalable service and defining the right product-market fit.

This role will be full-time and can grow to a national leadership position.

The role will include:

●Finding, onboarding and managing the local Brya support team including Brya coaches who will physically go into the homes of the senior members;

●Onboarding families to the Brya network, and working iteratively with them to ensure maximum functionality of the app;

●Building a network of service providers including defining a process for vetting the people and methods for quality control;

●Building processes for responding to client requests and coordinating end-to-end solutions;

●Defining strategy and processes to help scale to multiple cities.

The role will require a high level of flexibility and as we learn from our first clients what their needs are and where our offering is most beneficial.As such, we require that the OM have the following traits:

Entrepreneurial nature: The OM will need to think out of the box in order to address our clients’ needs and guide the product-market fit accordingly.

Ability to work independently: The OM will be Brya’s lead employee in the first city and will be required to connect frequently with the company’s remote management team.

Proven management skills: The OM will be required to onboard and manage virtual assistants and coaches, and as such will be required to have strong management skills.

Mobile app familiarity: The OM will be the key person responsible for translating customer feedback into product requirements from the Brya development team.

Excellent organizational skills: The role will include finding, onboarding and tracking multiple service providers, vetting them, and ensuring they are connected to the family.This requires a very high level of organizational skills and multitasking.

Familiarity with the community: In order to build a vibrant network of service providers the OM will need to have a deep understanding of the community dynamics in which the first families reside.
