Job Description

Position Summary: The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) manages all key external client and franchisee operations including customer satisfaction and retention, profitability, as well as franchisee communications and development. Key responsibilities include Five areas: Territory Growth, Franchisee growth, account retention, Employee growth and Internal Processes

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for managing the Brand Services and Administrative teams to grow the territory through low attrition, new/existing account growth, franchisee acquisition and development, and leveraging internal tools and processes.
  • Responsible for ensuring that gross margins are maintained and hold direct reports accountable for process follow through.
  • Is a member of the leadership team.

EXTERNAL OPERATIONS (Territory Growth, Franchisee Growth, Account Retention)

· Develop strong relationships with key clients to ensure high retention

· Develop, measure and monitor customer satisfaction

· Implement a systematic client and franchisee communication program

· Maintain gross margins in all transactions

· Create additional revenue through customer scope increases, special services, restarting old customers, and selling new accounts via referral from existing customer

· Manage new franchisee sales and on-boarding

· Maintain strong franchisee relationships with existing franchisees

· Create a franchisee growth program to assist franchisee with business knowledge

· Maintain strong relationships with current vendor partners

INTERNAL OPERATIONS (Employee Growth, Internal Processes)

· Lead and coach direct reports (Brand Services and Administrative Assistant) in their development and success

  • Assess current business operations, tools, and processes relating to Accounts and Franchisees
  • Responsible for Franchisee Maintenance (on-board, off-board, renewals)
  • Responsible for technology maintenance and updates
  • Implement, refine, and document key business processes relating to Accounts and Franchisees
