EquipmentShare is searching for a Regional Operations Manager - Advanced Solutions to cover the Mountain West Region (Denver, CO; Las Vegas, NV; Salt Lake City, UT) to help grow the market with operational and sales support.

We’re seeking a Regional Operations Manager for Advanced Solutions with sales and operational experience and a desire to establish, grow and nurture an ever growing customer base. Industrial Tooling is a specialized division within EquipmentShare’s platform of solutions, and we are looking for driven, experienced individuals to grow it from the ground up with operational and technical sales support Our Product Specialist will provide specialty engineered rental solutions, including tool trailer packages, onsite solutions and turnaround packages all while incorporating our industry changing technology.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Present and demonstrate the benefits of EquipmentShare’s Advanced Solutions capabilities to various customer audiences
  • Work collaboratively with EquipmentShare sales and operations team members to build and nurture existing customer relationships
  • Provide technical support and manage various operations-oriented projects and efforts
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales and Operations Managers for the region to promote Advanced Solutions growth.
  • Work with branch personnel to ensure projects are accurately planned, delivered, mobilized and demobilized
  • Travel as needed (our Regional Manager will have the use of a company vehicle for travel).
  • Serve as an expert and advocate for the EquipmentShare Advanced Solutions division

Skills & Qualifications
  • You’re able to create and present presentations to various levels of decision-makers, and you have solid public speaking skills.
  • You’ve got the ability to accurately size, quote, install and manage multiple large projects related to EquipmentShare’s Advanced Solutions.
  • You have strong leadership skills and a solid record of assisting customers with a variety of specialized needs.
  • You can juggle numerous tasks and projects of competing priority at once.
  • You’re a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have technical knowledge of equipment.
  • At least 3 years of operations/sales experience in industrial sales or related equipment is preferred.
  • You’re able to learn quickly and immerse yourself in the product, solution or tool no matter how complex it may be, in order to effectively educate and inform prospective customers.
