Located in Castle Rock, Colorado, we specialize in microwave backhaul and fixed wireless broadband solutions for utility companies, state and local governments/public safety, railroads, and indigenous nations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our customer installations - equal parts project manager, inspirational leader, and account manager. You have at least four years of functional management experience in construction, communications, IT, or utilities with exposure to field management activities. You have a gift for managing multiple projects simultaneously, empowering others and communicating any issue with minimal impact to stakeholders. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and want to be part of wireless innovation, let's talk!

You Value: Results, Demonstrating Value, Accountability

Spend your time:

  • Supporting the sales department proposals in estimating time, resources and bill of materials
  • Living our core values every day!
  • Leading a small yet nimble team with a servant and functional leadership approach. This means you’ll be rolling up your sleeves to help get work done, while also providing guidance and training to help your team grow and succeed at performing their jobs
  • Building and maintaining project and resource plans - ensuring all projects are on time, within budget and exceed the customer's expectations
  • Assisting in the development of a cohesive team of customer success staff, field engineers and technicians – hiring, training, and developing
  • Managing all aspects of the day-to-day field operations and project management team for the successful implementation of multi-discipline projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, logistics, communication, and client management
  • Tracking and communicating project status, customer timelines and escalation tickets

For success you'll need:

  • Well-developed analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate the big picture into a digestible detailed plan of action - PMP certification a plus!
  • Well-developed project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally managing conflicting priorities between stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale multi-discipline projects, people, and client relationships
  • Ability to perform physical activity in the field including lifting up to 75 pounds
  • Superior command of MS 365 Office, SharePoint, Visio, LucidChart and other office productivity apps
  • Authentic, accountable, and responsive with exceptional personal written and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of the telecommunication industry, wireless systems, and microwave networks
  • At least 4 years of experience in construction, communications, IT, or utilities with a field management component
  • Outcome focused, results-oriented with a strong work ethic and pride of ownership

You'll enjoy:

  • The opportunity to have an immediate impact on your customers, the company, and your career
  • Salary $85,000 - $115,000
  • An impressive suite of benefits
