Brown & Brown Dealer Services is seeking a Regional Manager to join their team in Clearwater, FL!
Summary: Manage assigned territory by effectively marketing and prospecting to sell new accounts/clients. Effectively service current accounts/clients through professional coaching and development efforts. Consistently promote the BBDS brand to position us as a market leader in F&I Performance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Grow production with current accounts/clients through dedicated coaching and development visits per the assigned service cycle.
  • Obtain commercial insurance, employee benefits and worker’s compensation expiration dates for referral to our B&B partners.
  • Develop extensive knowledge of both BBDS and competitor products and services.
  • Keep the CRM current with contacts, dealerships, activities, leads, opportunities, etc.
  • Maintain proficiency and utilization of client development tools, such as Partner Portal, BBDSTV.com, webinar archive, LMS and more.
  • Contribute to, and participate in, training events held by the profit center.
  • Develop a prospecting plan and execute diligently to expand network, cultivate new relationships, and develop opportunities for presentations.
  • Performs other functions as assigned by management.
  • Collect competitive information and pass along to ‘Product Specialist’ for analysis, archiving and distribution.
  • Become proficient with technology utilized by the BBDS, such as menu, reporting, product payment programs, e-Rating & e-Contracting tools and vendor portals.
  • Professionally represent the Brown &n Brown at all times.
  • Assist management with incentive plan design.
  • Participate in client dealership meetings regularly to maintain Partner status.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum of three (3) years of automotive retailing experience
  • Three (3) years in dealership management with verifiable references for management skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree
