We are seeking to employ a Regional Director with commercial cleaning franchise experience to build a top-notch team in the region.

This top-level local position requires an experienced candidate who possesses a successful track record of 5-10 years in sales and management. To be successful in this position, one must have strong leadership abilities, a track record of building a sales and operations team, solid cold-calling (B2B) capacity and impressive presentation skills. The manager must be able to network and build a client base within the region. We are looking for a leader who is reliable and passionate about achieving goals and can produce the overall expected results in the region.

The Ideal Candidate Must Possess The Following

• Effective communication and people skills.
• The ability to adapt sales strategies to current sales trends, market demands and company goals.
• Effective decision-making capabilities in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Passionate, Service Sales Management experience (a priority).
• Experience training, coaching, and developing hourly and salaried personnel.
• The ability to manage and inspire a team while promoting a harmonious work environment.
• The skills necessary to create marketing plans and new leads in the region.
• Entrepreneurial orientation.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Must be able to build, expand and solidify professional relationships with new and existing customers.
• Janitorial/Commercial cleaning experience a plus, but not mandatory.
• The ability to demonstrate and lead by example.
• Project management and planning abilities in Services Industry.
• Desire to learn, train, and develop strong relationships with internal and external customers
• Willing to be a road warrior
• Proven sales success record in meeting or exceeding organizational goals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Software applications including Outlook and Word.
