Job Description
At Captus Technologies LLC we seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our organization's growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
2. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings of applicants' resumes and applications to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
3. Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, using behavioral and competency-based interview techniques to assess their suitability for the role and the company culture.
4. Candidate Assessment: Administer and evaluate candidate assessments or tests, where necessary, to ensure the alignment of skills and competencies with job requirements.
5. Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen our employer brand and develop compelling job advertisements that attract top talent.
6. Recruitment Process Management: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, keeping all stakeholders informed about the progress and ensuring timely feedback.
7. Candidate Experience: Focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process, maintaining clear and open communication.
8. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise hiring managers and the HR team on competitive hiring practices.
9. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track recruitment metrics and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
10. Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and facilitate their integration into the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and up-to-date understanding of hiring trends.
- Strong expertise in sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and ATS platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
