- Prepare and send out offer letters and new hire packets and coordinate completion of new hire paperwork to ensure successful employee on-boarding
- Coordinate interview schedules in an organized and timely fashion and provide detailed interview confirmations to all candidates, including travel arrangements when applicable
- Assist the recruitment team with posting open positions on job boards and sourcing of resumes, pre-screening of candidates and recruitment of non-exempt positions as needed
- Manage background/reference checks and drug test administration for all new hires, and coordinate the remote I-9 process as appropriate; monitor status on a daily basis and provide necessary updates to recruiters
- Assist the Recruitment team with all campus recruiting and intern efforts
- Other duties as assigned
- Assist in maintaining candidate information in Prime’s Applicant Tracking System
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in Human Resources; HS diploma or GED is required
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced, task/deadline- oriented environment
- Ability to communicate and interface with all levels of the organization
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- 1 year of administrative support experience
- Prior experience with interview scheduling in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime as needed
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Reports to Supervisor or Manager in Talent Acquisition
