We are looking for an experiencedRecruitment Coordinatorwith experience incoordinating events (recruitment events)to join our team,

Summary:

• Gathers HR records from other departments or employees. Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provides information for Human Resource actions.
• Processes, verifies, and maintains Human Resources related documentation, including reference checks, staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, etc.
• Compiles and prepares reports and documents pertaining to Human Resources activities.
• The HR Generalist Assistant carries out support responsibilities for some or all of the following HR functions: departmental development; HR Systems; training and development; benefits; compensation; organization development; executive administration; and Recruitment.
• Assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties

Requirements:

• Experience withcoordinating events (recruitment events)
• Three years general office experience
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Experience with data entry and analysis
• Hybrid - mainly remote; onsite 1 day a week
• Computer experience including word processing, presentations, spreadsheet applications and email interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
