Job Description
We have an immediate need for an enthusiastic recruitment assistant to aid with the companys employment process. In this position, you will assist the companys human resources department with recruitment duties and ensuring that all recruitment procedures operate properly.
To be an effective recruitment assistant, you should have strong organizing and computer abilities. Finally, a top-tier recruitment assistant should be able to engage effectively with interviewers while maintaining a professional approach.
Recruitment Assistant Responsibilities Include
  • Scheduling interviews, updating the schedule, taking phone calls, and checking emails.
  • Screening individuals and confirming their qualifications and experience.
  • Assisting successful candidates with the onboarding process, which includes compiling papers and planning orientation agendas.
  • Creating and uploading job adverts in print and internet media.
  • Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process, such as shortlisting callbacks or rejection emails.
  • Resolving concerns such as interview cancellations as soon as possible.
  • Working together with the human resources department to manage the candidate database and handle any relevant documentation.
  • On-site greeting and assistance to interviews.
