Job Description
Envision Horizons is seeking an experienced US-based Recruiter to oversee all interviewing and hiring activity as we expand our team! The ideal candidate for this role will have experience sourcing candidates, screening applicants, scheduling interviews and collaborating with hiring managers to understand the needs of each position. This is a part-time role expected to average 20-30 hours per week. Location:

Your Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions for current openings Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks
Build assessments within Career.Place assessment tool Source candidates through inbound and outbound recruitment via online channels
Review assessments and resumes and conducts initial phone screen with qualified candidates Update candidates on the hiring process and the status of their application Schedule selected candidates to meet with hiring managers and their teams Report to hiring managers and leadership on the current candidate pipeline Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assessment performance Identify candidates whose values align with our Core Values Answer candidates’ questions regarding the application process Some HR admin tasks as assigned The Perks: Personal connection with team members across departments Hourly Rate Flexible Part-time Hours Bonus Available What You Bring to the Table: 2+ years experience in recruitment and hiring Sound knowledge of relevant HR legislation and hiring processes Skilled at candidate screening and interviewing Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proactive approach to hiring and recruitment Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail Great time management skills A team player who can work independently BA/BS degree or experience equivalent Requirements Are you authorized to work in the US without sponsorship Do you live in the US?
