Job Details:

Job Title:Recruiter

Location:Remote Position

Duration:2+ months


Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Flexibility in work hours).

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the recruitment and selection of Contact Center staff (non-exempt positions) utilizing internal and external sources.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administers pre-employment tests if appropriate.
  • Extends offers to be selected candidates.
  • Refers qualified applicants to proper level of management for further interviews.
  • Ensures that recruitment and employment activities are in compliance with government regulations and organization policies and procedures.
  • Assists with the background verifications on potential hires.
  • Recruits, screens, and interviews applicants for employment.
  • Visits trade schools, colleges, universities, and/or job fairs in an effort to recruit applicants.


Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.


Experience: 1 to 2 Years

  • Proven interview and selection skills.
  • One to two years’ experience in high volume recruiting.


Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • PC Proficient
