Edison Chouest Offshore is accepting applications for a full-time RECRUITER.

Responsible for interviewing, testing and referring applicants for vessel, technical, and administrative positions. Must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all vessel and specialized functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Functions:

• Travel frequently to implement strategic recruiting goals
• Screen and interview applicants
• Process job requisitions and perform searches for qualified candidates
• Address civic and social groups and attend conferences
• Manage current activity in the applicant tracking system

Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge of US Coast Guard Regulations for Safe Manning Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background in human resources
