Job Purpose:

Our HR team is looking for an experienced Recruiter to source, assess, and select talent for direct hires in our growing business, ultimately creating a competitive advantage for us in the marketplace. We are looking for someone with experience in sourcing technology, data positions, analysts, and entry level health services talent for MHA. The successful candidate will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting OR focused sourcing (depending on candidate’s preference) for technology and health services professionals. You will be a key player among a group of talented individuals, continuing our pattern of success by finding and hiring the best talent.

This role can be remote or hybrid and supports recruitment across all US time zones.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal clients to ensure staffing needs are met.
  • Ensure an impressive candidate experience.
  • Maintain Talent Acquisition process workflow and compliance.
  • Build new sourcing strategies to support hiring initiatives.
  • Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, screening, negotiating offers, and closing candidates across all open roles.
  • Develop and execute sourcing plans through the local and national recruiting resources, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to identify and implement effective recruitment strategies and activity tracking.
  • Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, social media, internet searches and research, while developing relationships with appropriate candidates in the active candidate pool.
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system (UKG) throughout the recruitment process and onboarding.

Minimum Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Proven ability of bringing top talent through the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Ability to quickly assess candidate’s skills, qualifications and attributes and make hiring recommendations.
  • Experience recruiting all level (entry/mid/senior) technology professionals.
  • Excellent time management, follow-through, and organizational skills.
  • Independent worker, self-starter, detail oriented, team player, analytical with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • 3 – 5+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter in a technology or health service company.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS office suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience.
  • Customer centric focus on the hiring manager, candidate, and customer experience.
  • Experience with effective pre-screening, interviewing and candidate evaluation.
  • Proven success in sourcing active and passive talent.
  • Strong business acumen to partner, consult, and build relationships with all levels of the business.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and demonstrated usage of tools such as LinkedIn.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; UKG experience preferred.
