Description
Sara Walker with Robert Half is looking for a talented and motivated Recruiter to join the HR team of one of her respected clients and play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top-tier candidates to join the organization. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and building strong relationships with potential hires. Your ability to identify and assess qualified candidates will be instrumental in ensuring we hire the best talent to support our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively build talent pipelines for critical roles and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.
Candidate Screening And Selection
  • Conduct thorough screenings of applications and resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process.
Interview And Selection Process Management
  • Conduct reference checks and employment verifications as needed.
  • Gather feedback from interviewers and candidates to facilitate timely decision-making.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews, providing them with relevant information about the company, role, and interview process.
Employer Branding And Candidate Experience
  • Contribute to enhancing the company's employer brand by showcasing our culture, values, and employee benefits to potential candidates.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer stage.
Recruitment Analytics And Reporting
  • Generate recruitment metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Continuous Improvement And Market Research
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market salary data, and best practices in recruitment to enhance our hiring strategies.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize the recruitment workflow.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing hiring demands.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
