Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Proactively build talent pipelines for critical roles and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough screenings of applications and resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process.
- Conduct reference checks and employment verifications as needed.
- Gather feedback from interviewers and candidates to facilitate timely decision-making.
- Prepare candidates for interviews, providing them with relevant information about the company, role, and interview process.
- Contribute to enhancing the company's employer brand by showcasing our culture, values, and employee benefits to potential candidates.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer stage.
- Generate recruitment metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay informed about industry trends, market salary data, and best practices in recruitment to enhance our hiring strategies.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize the recruitment workflow.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing hiring demands.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
