To be successful, must bring considerable digital tools experience including core Microsoft Office 365 productivity suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) have work experience in a professional role requiring moderate to high relational initiative with broad functional responsibility, and be willing and able to be in-office Monday to Friday. Recruiter Key Responsibilities

Empower Hiring Managers: support our hiring managers in growing their teams by marketing employment opportunities, conducting high-volume interviews, and providing location tours to candidates.

Engage Candidates: Use storytelling, analogy, and intentional questions to explore and evaluate fit and alignment.

Source Creatively: Proactively research and contact potential applicants, and collaborate with the marketing team to craft special campaigns to attract passive candidates.

Champion Candidate Experience: Plan and ensure a structured interviewing process for a positive candidate experience, display respect and courtesy in interactions with internal and external stakeholders, and address conflicting views or expectations constructively.

Core Skills & Qualifications

• Able to exercise restraint and discernment managing confidential information.
• Proven experience taking relational initiative in a role with broad responsibility.
• Able to work overtime as needed, including attending events nights and weekends periodically.
• Possess strong emotional intelligence and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical ability to pull advertising data and adjust process and approach based on findings.
