Talent Acquisition Recruiter


Position Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our dynamic human resources team. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, possesses excellent sourcing capabilities, and has a passion for finding and engaging exceptional candidates.


Responsibilities


Candidate Sourcing and Screening


Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.


Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.


Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.


Hiring Process Management


Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.


Create job descriptions and job advertisements that accurately represent the roles and attract the right talent.


Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other selection activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience.


Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.


Relationship Building


Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and external partners to understand their talent needs and priorities.


Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate assessment.


Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing


Develop and execute innovative recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.


Leverage social media platforms, online communities, and industry events to promote our employer brand and engage with potential candidates.


Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sourcing strategies.


Talent Acquisition Process Improvement


Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition.


Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter or similar role.


In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.


Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage with passive candidates.


Experience utilizing various recruitment tools, platforms, and social media for candidate sourcing and engagement.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.


Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.


High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.


Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.


Professional certifications in talent acquisition or HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
