- Income tax returns data organization.
- Suggest and implement ideas into firm operations.
- Other Admin support tasks.
- Some bookkeeping.
- Answering phone calls.
- Assist and perform other duties as assigned such as but not limited to accounting data entry, account reconciliation, journal entry processing, payroll tax return preparation, and others.
- Communicate with client.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat are a requisite.
- Punctual and a professional appearance.
- Ability to manage assigned projects.
