Job Description
We are a Certified Public Accounting firm located in Anchorage, AK. We continually invest in the client relationship, our technology, our staff and our knowledge. This sets us apart from other firms. We are committed to awesome client service and you will play a key role in the process.


At start, this will be a part-time position 20h/week, with possibility of full time down the road. In this position, you will work closely with relationship/account managers in managing and administering a portfolio of accounts. As the Administrative Assistant, You will be a liaison between management and clients, and any other services the Firm provides for them.


Job Duties Include


  • Income tax returns data organization.
  • Suggest and implement ideas into firm operations.
  • Other Admin support tasks.
  • Some bookkeeping.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Assist and perform other duties as assigned such as but not limited to accounting data entry, account reconciliation, journal entry processing, payroll tax return preparation, and others.
  • Communicate with client.
