Job Description
St. Gertrude's is looking for a receptionist to greet guests as they enter our building. As a receptionist, you will interact with residents, families, vendors and more. Our reception team supports our Business Office, so knowledge on Insurance, Skilled Nursing, AR/AP is a plus! Come join our fantastic team!


The Receptionist is responsible for the accurate operation of communication equipment, and the communication of information generated throughout the facility.


Greets visitors and answers incoming calls in a professional and timely manner. Responds to and prioritizes emergency calls/alarm systems according to protocol.


Qualifications Required


  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.


Qualifications Preferred


  • Customer service experience.
