Job Description
DESCRIPTIONThe Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time)provides clerical support to the facility, including answering the main phone line, screening calls, and answering questions for residents and their families. Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: One year of experience in an office environment. Experience with Long Term Care preferred. Essential Functions:Greet & welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the facilityDirect visitors to the appropriate person and officeThe answer, screen, and forward incoming phone callsEnsure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emailReceive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveriesMaintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteHands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines & printers)Professional attitude and appearanceSolid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseExcellent organizational skillsMultitasking & time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksCustomer service attitude Stop your job search and apply today.
