Job Description
Hours:
Weeks rotate over the month with a Friday off one week and a Saturday off the next week:
Wk 1: Mon, Wed & Thurs: 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm
Tuesday: 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm
Friday: Off
Saturday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Wk 2: Mon, Wed & Thurs: 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm
Tues & Fri: 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm
Saturday: Off
(Weeks 1 and 2 rotate throughout the year)
Responsibilities
No automotive knowledge needed for this position!!! You will be trained on all daily tasks.
  • And any additional projects, or extra tasks given by Tom Wood Subaru Management.
  • Working with our Terracycle program.
  • Responsible for clocking in/out daily through the ADP portal.
  • Help with stocking items in break rooms.
  • Ordering business cards for staff members.
  • Care/stocking of customer lounges.
  • Late Afternoon/Early Evening phone coverage, as well as coverage provided anytime other receptionists are off or on vacation.
  • Help with trophy cabinet.
Qualifications
  • Working part time 15.5 hours week one, 23 hours week 2 (Weeks 1 and 2 rotate throughout the year)
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Great personality!
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A willingness to take on new tasks when needed - we are always growing and changing!
  • Willingness to be flexible and cover for our other receptionists when they are out sick or on vacation.
