Responsibilities:
Brentwood Hospital is looking for a dynamic Receptionist! This is a PRN,as needed, schedule. If you have a desire to work in an engaging environment with a team of professionals dedicated to providing help and hope to individuals and families for the achievement of improving their mental health. The Receptionist facilitates the flow of organization information; to provide a positive, responsive environment for receiving internal and external customers via telephone and face-to-face.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Provides back-up clerical support to various departments ; responds willingly and courteously to requests to provide special assistance
  • Experience: preferred or relevant work experience in medical office setting
  • Promptly greets patients, visitors and staff who enter facility; makes eye contact with and greets walk-in guests in a pleasant courteous and clear tone of voice
  • Hours: PRN schedule, as needed.
  • Signs for , receives, sorts, and routes incoming mail, including courier deliveries daily
  • Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent, some college credits or degrees preferred or relevant work experience in medical office setting.
  • Provides routine organization-related information to callers and visitors; consistently communicates within boundaries of confidentiality polies and procedures;
