Overview
 Performance Toyota , conveniently located near Cincinnati on Route 4 in Fairfield, is seeking a Full-Time Receptionist for Immediate Hire. Receptionists often are the first or last impression our guests have of our company. Therefore, we seek individuals who can be flexible with work hours; and multi-task. Providing exceptional customer service and displaying a positive attitude when interacting with customers and employees will be essential in this assignment.
  • $15.00 Per Hour
  • Bilingualism is a PLUS But not Required
  • This Position is Full -Time
  • Monday - Friday From 8 AM to 4 PM

Receptionist
 Responsibilities
  • Making Customer satisfaction your number one priority
  • Answering customer questions
  • Assisting with rental cars on occasion
  • Responsible for minor typing and input of data
  • Handling money and processing credit card transactions on occasion
  • Answering incoming calls and setting appointments
  • Filing paperwork
  • Directing calls to the appropriate department or personnel
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Be knowledgeable of a scanner, fax, and photocopy machines
  • Valid Driver's license with a good driving record
  • Possess basic computer literacy
  • Substance screening is required of all Performance Toyota employees
