We are looking for Part-Time and Full-Time Receptionists for our Chevrolet and Toyota brands, who will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting customers who enter our showroom doors, taking messages, and other administrative duties. We believe our employees are our greatest asset and invest in their success.

Responsibilities - Receptionist:

• Greet clients with a helpful attitude
• Perform other duties as requested
• The receptionist is a vital member of our dealership and must present a helpful and professional impression to all visitors and customers
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, filing, and data entry
• Answer phones in a professional manner and route calls accordingly

Qualifications/Requirements - Receptionist:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Resume must be uploaded, and the online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
• Able to efficiently multi-task and solve problems
• Must be a well-spoken, outgoing, and friendly professional
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manners
• Exceptional customer service skills and accurate attention to detail
• Professional dress and manner
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
