Description


Our hospital is seeking a Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to help provide outstanding patient care and client service in a fast-paced, multi-doctor animal hospital.

The Veterinary Receptionist is responsible for maintaining front of house duties. These tasks vary by day but can include: answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, maintaining hospital required paperwork and reviewing invoices or discharge instructions. To be successful in this role, clear communication and organizational skills are key!

  • Willing to work flexible hours including weekends

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise


  • Prior Customer Service Experience
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

About Pet Care Center

Pet Care Center has been serving the Montgomery area since 1986! A multi-doctor practice with a great support staff, PCC is well equipped to see canine, feline, exotic, and pocket pet clients. We have digital radiographs, ultrasound, endoscopy, a dedicated surgery suite, and use AviMark. We are also feline friendly and offer 24-hour patient hospitalization, but are just across the street from an ER facility!
