Reception Coordinator Jobs

Regions Hospital is seeking an experienced customer service professional to work in a coordinator role at our outpatient rehab clinic in St. Paul. This position is benefit eligible and will work Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:45 am-3:15 pm. Two years in a direct customer/patient service position is required.
In this position you will create and maintain a welcoming environment for all patients, visitors and staff. Provides clerical functions in Rehabilitation. These functions primarily include greeting patients and guests, checking-in patients, registration/insurance verification, scheduling appointments, providing patient directions, monitoring wait times and acting as patient advocate. Assists in supporting the Scheduling Coordinators by receiving incoming calls and scheduling Rehabilitation for all sites as needed. This work may vary in percentage of time per function, in location, and working schedule.
